"It did the job but buy far the most expensive place I stayed, to hotels on my route where 30-35 poun"

Was unable to stay from breakfast as had to be away at 7 and breakfast was at 8. Location very handy for west highland way

"Friendly stay in a great location for the WHW"

Chris was very accommodating of our slightly late arrival,. He recommended several places nearby to eat, and even prepared us a breakfast to takeaway with us, as we were leaving very early the next morning.

The cupboards were all empty unfortunately. We'd grabbed some food to eat in the cottage, only to find there were no plates or cutlery in the kitchen.
