Habitaciones Universal

Die zentrale Lage ist einfach super, man kann eigentlich alles zu Fuß erkunden und es gibt viele schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist klein (wie angegeben) aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet und wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig, da das Zimmer auf einen Innenhof geht.

Das Fenster zum Öffnen ist sehr schmal. Bei meinem Aufenthalt im April war es in Ordnung, im Sommer könnte es aber zu einem Problem werden. Dafür steht aber ein Klimagerät im Zimmer, was ich persönlich jedoch nicht mag.

The room was terribly dirty. There was dust everywhere in thick layers, the bathroom door was broken, the bedside table was broken, the floor was dirty, the bathroom had mold, and the hairdryer didn’t work. Our overall impression was somewhat ruined because of the general condition of the room, especially considering that 500 euros is quite an expensive price for this level of quality. The staff did not speak English at all, which made communication difficult. The only positive thing was the location right in the city center. That’s where the positives end.

The room was incredibly hot, even with the fan on, and there was a window without blinds (allowing neighbours to see inside the room at all times).
