clean , convenient for our purposes as in Aberdeen for a wedding. Good shower and clean shared bathroom facilities. Continental breakfast convenient in that could lie in ! Comfortable bed.

cereal breakfast only and juice as part of continental breakfast but unfortunately no facility for making toast.I possibly hadn't paid attention to breakfast details when booking and so also hadn't specified a preference for non dairy milk. However a Tesco express a very short walk away for fruit and other items you might wish for. Think something like croissant, jam and spread and some fruit items might be a useful additional which guests could specify before arrival.

Very friendly, Jim goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. There's a mini fridge with juice and milk in for you to help yourself, and cereal for breakfast, a nice touch. A good comfortable sleep as well.

Thank you for the unexpected upgrade. Staying in a Guest house which was welcoming to guests who bring their own food, which was a huge plus for myself. A microwave and fridge, choice of breakfast cereals and a small table - dining chairs also. It really was home from home. Dyce railway station is a five minute walk from the Guest House. Excellent location!

The host Jim was very accommodating. My room was a lot bigger than I expected and very comfortable There was cereal, milk, tea, coffee and sugar left which I really appreciated. Close to the Airport and train station and a Tesco shop close by..I would highly recommend Jim's place..Thank you
