The location was good.

The facility was horrible. Extremely small dark room and bathroom. I do not recommend it.

Communication with Mirian was excellent and location perfect. Room was great for a short stay.

Lite högljutt utanför, men det får man räkna med när man bor ovanför barerna. Toppen med en tvätteria bredvid, mysiga gränder runtomkring.

We had a wonderful five-day stay at this pension house and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Mirian is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The house was spotless, and the bed was very clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in both the shower and sink, as well as the sparkling-clean bathroom. Thoughtful details, such as bedside lights and electrical outlets on both sides of the bed, including built-in USB and USB-C charging ports, made our stay even more convenient. There were also plenty of outlets throughout the room. The room features a small private patio, which was perfect for opening the door and letting in some fresh air. Perfectly located in old town and the market is just around the corner, with a laundromat and convenience store next door and across the street. The area is surrounded by restaurants and delicious pintxos bars, and everything is within easy walking distance, including La Concha Beach. Overall, the room was perfect for the two of us. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again if we return to San Sebastián. Highly recommended!
