"A very nice flat right in the centre"

The shower was great. Good TV options. Plenty of tea/coffee options.

A bit chilly on arrival. Access via the steep back metal fire stairs was a bit slippy as it was a wet day.

Very comfortable and large bed, bathroom and shower were lovely, good value for money and right in town!

The TV wasn't very central and remote didn't work all the time but this was no real concern.

"Nice place but needs better communication"

Arrived for a wedding and was unable to access the room or get in contact with the owner however this was resolved after an hour by a brilliant member of cleaning staff. The room was lovely, clean and in a great location however the heating system was stuck on full which was not fun during the heatwave, this was resolved by the end of the day when the owner was finally reachable.

Contact with the owner who was unable to be reached by phone or email at 11 am when we reached Colchester after our flight and heating issues. All issues where resolved on the first day but affected our plans.
