The bed, comfortable but makes you hot

We had a great two night stay (my daughter and I) for a concert in the castle park (about 10 mins walk). The apartment was well designed, very spacious and very clean - great for families, with the additional fold out sofa-bed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the complimentary toiletries in the shower room were appreciated. The location was perfect; right in the centre and on a pedestrianised street of shops, cafes and restaurants. The communication before the trip was really helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

It didn't spoil our stay, but the hallway and room were very warm during our trip, with the weather temperature being around 27c. The staff were really helpful and gave us an electric fan. The street also got very noisy between midnight and 3am as well with people leaving the pubs and clubs, but we expected that from a city centre location and we used earplugs to sleep.

It was very clean, and when I got hold of the owner when I got there due to not being able to find a hairdryer, she contacted me almost immediately to explain where it was.

It was perfect. I did not want to come home and will be back very shortly.
