There was private parking, the staff were so friendly and ensured the kids had a drink when we arrived. They even gave my daughter a crystal from the fireplace. We had a lower ground floor room, which was lovely and cool, and exactly as expected. They gave us advice where we could pick up tea and showed us to all the hotel amenities. The continental breakfast was straightforward and every thing in the dining room was clean. We read all the reviews so it met all our expectations.
