The location was perfect, just a few steps from Gran Vía. We didn’t need any transportation to reach the main attractions, all of which were within a maximum 30-minute walk. The train station for traveling to Toledo was also easily accessible. The staff were always reachable and helpful. They also allowed us to leave our luggage in their storage after check-out, as we had an afternoon flight.

If you are staying in a room with a balcony facing the street, earplugs are recommended, as the area is lively around the clock—something to be expected in a central location like this in Madrid. Fortunately, good-quality earplugs easily help ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
