Santander is not too big of a city to travel around, and the Cabify service was fantastic for traveling everywhere we needed to go in the city and to the airport. The hotel itself was excellent. We have everything we expected for a hotel like this, no surprise, but also no disappointment. Although there was no staff at the reception to talk to when we were there—which we were fully aware of in advance—the online check-in and instructions for everything necessary were well-explained in emails and app notifications and WhatsApp chats. During our stay, we encountered no problems; everything operated seamlessly and proved to be well worth the price.

If we have to be picky, we have to say that the wall is not soundproof. We can hear everything: everyone walking in and out, someone going to the washroom, even the whispers of our neighbors, etc. But it did not bother us much, so generally speaking, it is a very safe and residential area to be living in; it is the authentic Santander daily life vibe, which we appreciate very much.

Tiny room. On a low first floor so if there is any noise in the street you will get it straight. The first day I arrived I had just 2 small sachets of washing liquids: one of soap and one of shower gel. They didn't even last for the first day as if you shower properly they finish immediately and then what do you use for washing your hands? The second morning I explicitly asked the cleaning person to, please, leave me more soap and gel as I needed them. When I got back to the room I didn't find anything at all so I had to go out and buy myself some soap and shower gel/shampoo.

Stanza abbastanza spaziosa, molto pulita e accogliente. Punto strategico se arrivate in auto perché poco distante si riesce a trovare parcheggio gratuito e in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro. L'unico consiglio, prendetevi un phone in valigia se avete capelli "complicati" perché in bagno c'è un phone da parete poco potente. Complessivamente la nostra esperienza è stata ottima!
