Convenient for Camino finish,nice facilities

Among the lodging companies I met on my pilgrimage, this is the only one I am leaving a review on. I chose this place for a warm and comfortable rest after finishing my pilgrimage. But I regretted it a lot. The radiator didn't work all night, so I had to wear several layers of clothes and take out my sleeping bag to beat the cold. The problem is that even though I contacted the host, no action was taken. I replied to the first message that it was automatic and would turn on soon, but when I contacted them around 10pm to say it still wasn't working, there was no reply. When I told them in the morning that I had had to endure the cold all night, all they said was that they had put it into operation yesterday. Then the radiator started to glow. 3 hours before I leave!! I even remembered that there was no answer to my inquiry about laundry yesterday. When I asked about luggage storage service, I was told to just leave it in the hallway. In conclusion, I was unable to receive any management from this host. They didn't solve the problem at all. My luggage can't even be called a service, it's just left in the hallway. I hope you stay here and there are no problems. Because this place won't help you at all. We can't meet, but we can't contact you when we need you. I rather missed the dormitory albergue. And the shower room is very small, and the filter I used for the first time today was very dirty. It seems like there is no water management at all.

Emplacement relativement proche de la cathédrale. Un coin café agréable mis à disposition . Femme de l'entretien trés gentille et serviable.
