Staff were great. Leticia was helpful to resolved our issues. We were also able to do online check in which I liked a lot.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room we booked smelled strongly of smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking, which raised concerns about enforcement and safety. Because that means either smoke detectors were broken or they didn't have one in that room. We were moved to a tiny room, even though we had originally booked a twin bed option, the only available one was double bed. Which was ok for two nights but the main problem was noise. The second room had very poor sound insulation, we could hear every movement, doors squeaking repeatedly on the corridor at 4 am, and whoever was upstairs was having frequent travel to the bathroom, bless them. Unfortunately we witnessed every single detail, from water running to flush to the footsteps. It was impossible to sleep properly. Once we complaint, the staff were extremely helpful, they offered a larger room but somehow positioned it as an upgrade which is weird because it was the similar size of the room we originally booked. They also positioned it with a view, and the view was an ongoing construction site which was obvious that was going to wake us up early in the morning again. To be fair, Leticia was very helpful and did her best to resolve the situation, which we appreciated. However, overall, the hotel did not offer good value for money, especially considering the price was comparable to much better hotels and it's a hostel not a boutique hotel. As a result even though we didn't get a refund that we asked for we paid extra and changed our hotel.

Paredes muy finas, se oia todo lo que hacían o decían en la habitación contigua, colchón muy incómodo

La ubicacion es buenisima. Todo muy limpio. La cama, un pelin blanda para mi gusto, pero eso es muy personal.

Entraba luz del pasillo a traves de la puerta cuando alguien pasaba de noche. Pero no me desperto. No hay mucho aislamiento sonoro pero la ubicacion y la relacion callidad-precio son buenas.

Muito boa a acomodação. Limpa confortavel e facil de encontar.
