Not much at all . We arrived late and could not get in

Virtual admission. Difficulty getting into the property. Then key card did not work. Then numbers code given to open room did not work

Clean, pleasant and comfortable.

The thing that we found unsatisfactory was the check-in by video screen. The first operator failed to give us the entry code to the main door to the building, and said nothing about having a keycard and having it programmed. This meant that when we returned from our meal we could not get into the hotel. We then spoke to another operator who gave us the missing code for the main door and charged the keycard for us. Also, in the booking.com description of the facilities it mentions a washing machine and a tumble drier. Neither of these were available at the hotel.

Remote check-in was easy.

Very poor WiFi. Booking said check in was 12:00 pm. They wouldn’t let us in until 3:00 pm.

Remote check. Very difficult. Access code didnt work. Took 1/2 hour to check in had to go thru house keeping to get access code.
