Loved how accommodating they were and how friendly they were and if I had any questions about the place they always suggested and recommended the best.

No me gustó lo de la cocina que era compartida con los otros huéspedes. Que no pudieras fumar en tu balcón y el no poder disfrutar del jacuzzi.

Our stay at Casa Tranquila was perfect! The owners gave very clear information when booking. Everything was as described. We received a warm welcome and tour of the on site jacuzzi and beauty facilities. The accommodation was to a very high standard, beautiful décor and fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds with supportive mattresses, lovely fluffy towels and complimentary shower gel/shampoo etc. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxed. Plenty of free parking outside the accommodation. We had a beautiful view of the sea and neighbouring island of La Gomera. The banana plantations offer an insight into the history and culture of Tenerife. At night there is no noise or light pollution and the bright stars were a sight to be seen! The owners were very helpful and sent via WhatsApp, various information on the area, including local beaches, markets and recommended restaurants. This was very much appreciated. Excellent Wi-Fi connection. They were friendly and always on hand to speak with and chat about local history etc. Playa San Juan is peaceful and has an unspoilt beach, very relaxing. Our damage deposit was transferred back to me within hours of checking out. We used the jacuzzi on the evening and watched the sun set over La Gomera, quite beautiful and serene. As it was my husband's birthday, we received a complimentary bottle of Cava to enjoy. Thank you, a very nice touch indeed. All in all a perfect stay, wonderful location, fantastic accommodation and good value for money. We will definitely be back!

There was a beauty room on site offering pedicures, manicures, facials and hot stone massage etc. which we unfortunately did not have time to use. A definite on our next visit.

A comfortable and clean place. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking spaces right in front of the building.
