Eles não respondem mensagens via booking nem atendem o telefone, os funcionários são despreparados, tivemos que mudar de quarto durante a viagem, um incomodo péssimo! Acordamos cedo desnecessáriamente e o outro quarto nem estava pronto ainda! E na hora do checkout ainda ficaram incomodando pra sair. Péssimo atendimento!

Mucho ruido por la noche.

Que no habia toallas ,tuvimos que pedir el de recepción nos dijo q cuando salgamos de la habiatacion teníamos que recojer las toallas y llevarlas a un cesto q estaba por recepcion la habitación era muy fría mucho ambientador q hacía doler la cabeza estuve máximo 4 horas

great location, great acces at any time of the day,

smelly bathroom. they did not clean the room on the 3rd day, as they announced on the door of the room. the lobby was too cluttered, with an old matress and trash bags on display.

The location was excellent, only about 5 minutes from the city center and Sol Square. We could reach most of Madrid’s main attractions on foot within 15–20 minutes. There was also a nice and affordable breakfast place right in front of the building. Our room had a small balcony with a pleasant street view, and it was very quiet at night with no noise at all. The room was clean, and during our 4-night stay it was cleaned once and the towels were changed. The room had a TV, air conditioning, and very good hot water pressure in the shower, with shower gel and soap provided. The host was friendly and helpful. On the last day we could leave our luggage for storage for €2 per item, which was very convenient. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and felt it had a good price-quality ratio.

As for minor drawbacks, it would be nice to have a kettle available for tea. There was no heating and the room was a bit cold in March, but we used the air conditioning on heating mode which worked well. Also, as I was staying with a friend, it would have been convenient to have a second pair of keys. The building is old and the room hasn’t been renovated in a while, but overall we had a great experience and would recommend it.

Qué es muy céntrico y la amabilidad del personal.

Había manchas en las sábanas y los muebles estaban muy deteriorados, también la cama se hundía. Mucha humedad.
