Park View

As others have mentioned, the room was clean, and large, but sparse. Good location for restaurants and to visit my son at uni.

Nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom - a couple of hooks would be handy. Nowhere to put toiletries, so had to place on shower floor. Not ideal when you're not as flexible as you once were. Breakfast bar area had 2 standard chairs - so you couldn't sit at it. Cups were clean but tea stained. Socket next to bed was broken. Sink too narrow to fill kettle from, so had to use cups. Few marks on wall, and on bed base. Nothing major, but just could do with a little tlc. Stayed in a room at the front, quite noisy with traffic and passing people as not double glazed. Nothing too major that I wouldn't stay again, it just needs a little care.

Very important, a kettle that would only light up after several attempts and maneuvering the lead and base into the correct place to get power, quite frustrating. Room 4 from memory
