The staff were very kind and accommodating. Location was great - really fun area but quiet on the street. The AC was a big plus, and it was nice to have a private bathroom. Good value for the price and felt very safe. Would stay again.

Minor things. Floors seemed a tiny bit dirty, using the in-room bathroom toilet is hard for tall folks, the beds and pillows (we were only able to get two twins together instead of double) were a bit hard.

Ubicación excepcional, tienes cerca las principales atracciones de Madrid y restaurantes espectaculares. Personal muy amable me ayudaron con el tema de Chek out fuera del tiempo establecido.

Quizás faltaban cosas como nevera o algún microondas en la recepción. Pero teniendo en cuenta el precio es bastante aceptable.
