"Exceptional"

Good location with on site parking. Met by the friendly owner. Our room was extremely clean, nicely decorated and comfortable, Breakfast in the conservatory was excellent and cooked by the owners son who chatted to us and made us feel so welcomed. We will certainly recommend this place and look forward to staying again whist visiting our family nearby.

"Cambridge Villa Disappoints"

Bathroom was very disappointing. No hot water in the hand basin. Bedroom was very basic.

No toiletries like soap, shampoo etc
