No lock on bathroom

The staff! Lovely friendly owners. Comfortable bed Little soaps, shampoo etc Excellent lighting including a good lamp on the coffee/tea table which had quite a lot of tea coffee and sugar. Enough sockets for recharging etc The quirkiness of the building. I have never managed to get lost in a small hotel before, so it was amusing! Rooms at the back are very quiet. Walking distance from the lovely scenic canal and river and other places in Warwick.

It didn’t actually bother me as Marco carried my suitcase to the room, but there are quite a lot of steps, both up and down. There were also three steps inside the room from the bathroom to the main area of the bedroom. I solved the problem of this by putting on the bathroom mirror light and leaving the door open so I could see my way in the middle of the night if I needed to get up. If you have a problem with steps, check first what room you would be given etc.

The room was big and comfortable, with a lovely breakfast made to order. Parking was easy and I enjoyed a great night's sleep.

Mark & Jessie are warm hosts & made our stay very comfortable. They were accommodating to all our requests & will surely stay again when next in Warwick/ Leamington Spa. Will recommend them for anyone who needs to stay in this city.
