The room was very nice, clean and a decent bathroom. No issues at all. Breakfast was lovely, great choice of continental and a beautiful full English cooked to perfection. Great location to walk into Warwick.

"A pleasant stay but could have been better with a few tweaks"

Great decor, friendly staff, comfortable room which was fair value for money

Pillows were within an inch of their lives, I used 4… the shower was pretty lacklustre and when I changed the setting to colder, it produced scalded hot water One of our cups was not washed up, bedroom not immaculate but generally clean.

Little gem of a place, had a lovely room and very peaceful night. Train delayed so ended up coming quite late, but was still made to feel very welcome. Easy walk to town and castle. Fabulous breakfast!

Although the accommodation was on a main road it was very quiet and i had the best sleep i've had in a long time. The breakfast was lovely and catered for my vegaterian diet. Nothing was too much trouble and service was quick.

There was nothing to dislike it was perfect and having its own off street parking was a bonus. All attractions were in walking distance which saved on parking fees.
