"Rural Spain at its best, with amazing value for money"

This is rural Spain at its best. I needed somewhere to eat and sleep within walking distance of the RENFE station, and I still can't believe how well this Hostal suited my requirements. Amazingly good value. My room was immaculate and had everything I needed. I wasn't sure beforehand whether dinner/breakfast would be possible, but I needn't have worried: I was able to eat a good, simple dinner for (again) a really cheap price.

(Not a problem for me, but might be for other travellers) You need to speak Spanish (and why not? Cariñena isn't Madrid or Barcelona), and there is no 'front desk' as such. Personally, I loved the simplicity of the arrangements, but others might not.
