Complejo Roma

We are walking the Via de la Plata from Seville to Santiago. This was day 19 of the route. We’d walked a 27-mile day and were happy to arrive at Complejo Roma. The front desk staff were really kind and patient with our minimal Spanish. The evening bar staff is very young. I think they were a little put off by our inability to speak Spanish well. The young lady from reception was a big help. Our ‘apartment’ was in the very far back of the property, so quiet. After hand washing our clothes, there were laundry lines outside. The young cleaning ladies were a Big help! They happened to be working in our building. They went to the front desk to get replacement batteries for our air conditioning remote. They helped us find the WiFi code and were generally pleasant. The facility feels a little like a camp ground in the USA. The room had air, heat, tv, private bath, microwave, kitchen sink, a few dishes, and a small refrigerator. There was power for our phones near the queen bed and 2 bath towels. When walking the Camino de Santiago…all of these things feel like luxury. There were spiders in the room and the shower curtain isn’t long enough to stop the water from getting on the bathroom floor… but again…it’s like a campground.

They don’t serve dinner until 8:30pm. And even though it is also a gas station, they don’t serve coffee or breakfast until 7:30am. Dinner is too late (same as everywhere in Spain) when we have early nights. We are hiking before dawn, so offering coffee and cold breakfast items early would be great.

La cama super incómodo emos estado 3 con está allí la verdad muy bien pero este ano no nos a gustado nos tocó para el fondo y la verdad está vez no nos a gustado cual nos toco

La ubicación para visitar la zona es perfecta. En cuanto a las instalaciones están muy bien y tiene muy buena pinta para el verano. Nuestro apartamento era chulísimo y todo muy limpio. El restaurante está muy cerca de todo y la comida que probamos también estaba muy bien.

Excelente apartamento con su terracita y aparcamiento.

Almohadas muy bajas.
