Room was slightly warm but it was 28c out haha so couldn’t be helped, was supplied with a fan though.

Great hosts who provided a warm and friendly service, including earlycheck-in. The location was very good, room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent!

Great stay, but no parking available (like most accommodation in Blackpool) but there was a car park nearby although it was expensive for 24 hours and over.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what I needed and the location was perfect.

Only issue I had with the room was the radiator wouldn’t turn off got a little hot during the night.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, excellent breakfast, location was close to most of the main attractions, no parking though, but there is a public carpark close by. Would definitely stay there again.
