Clean

After checking into a twin room I was downsized into a single. It was boiling hot and the windows hadn’t been opened so it stank of stale air. The room was the size of a broom cabinet and the toilet seat was broken. When I mentioned that it was too hot, she started laughing hysterically and said “do I want a cold room?” I said “just turn the heating down”. She completely ignored me. It was a horrible place in the middle of nowhere, I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy
