Great location. Fabulous breakfast. Great hosts.

Lovely B&B a 10 minute pleasant walk into town also a short walk to the Conference Centre. Nicely decorated a lot of love has gone into creating a lovely place to stay. Thoughtful touches like a water fridge in the hallway, you help yourself then bring the empties back. Patrick & Nick are fun, friendly hosts always got time for you and couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast is great, good food choices, freshly cooked and unlimited teas and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and would happily stay again.

We didn’t dislike anything. The only niggle was we felt our room was a bit cramped only because they had tried to fit as much in as possible. A super king bed, 2 easy chairs etc but it was still a very nice room.

The hosts were lovely, friendly, helpful and so welcoming. The room was fabulous and very nicely decorated and the chocolate biscuits in the fridge were the cherry on top. The breakfast was also excellent. The location of the B&B was also great, it was just a short walk to wherever we needed to go. Of you are due to visit Harrogate I would 100% recommend you stay here!

The room was slightly hot but we were were brought a very good fan on asking and this helped cool the room right down! Can't really fault the B&B for having a heat wave! Not to mention there was always chilled bottled water on hand which was great.

Room and facilities were not what we expected. In my opinion, the grounds of the Baytree house were in a disgraceful state and the method of gaining entry to the building was unusual to say the least. I could add more, but don’t see any point in saying anything else.

Lovely B&B. Nick and Patrick were very attentive. Great breakfasts. Good facilities in rooms. Biscuits, fresh milk, chilled water available daily, which was a nice touch. Fantastic location and so close to Harrogate Town Centre.

There is nothing we did not like. Great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Harrogate.

Very comfortable room and bed, great facilities, fridge was a bonus. Very tasty breakfast. Fabulous hosts :-) Location was close to town and within walking distance to Valley gardens.

An ideal location within easy walking distance from the centre of Harrogate. Excellent room facilities and beautiful new bathroom suite.
