The staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious, with a very comfy bed. It was an easy stay with no issues at all. Everything we needed was provided and the staff were very approachable.

Lovely comfy room. Ghislaine and Jaap were lovely, really friendly, and accommodating without being intrusive. Tasty breakfast, dietary requirements well catered for, not just an afterthought. It is about a 20-minute walk into Betws-y-Coed from the house. If you are coming back after dark, bring a little torch with you as the way isn't well lit.

Nothing, it was a wonderful stay.
