Very clean and comfortable studio which was a great base and within walking distance of both Bowness and Windermere town centre .. Small but had everything we needed for a few days stay .. Kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave so we could have breakfast before starting our day .. comfy bed, great shower and some toiletries supplies .. Communication was good and lots of info given via text for places to see etc .. easy self entry and would use again .

It was in a good location

Martin wasn’t welcoming at all, he was rude because he had messaged with the room we were stopping in and I hadn’t seen it with driving to the guest house, when I went to the reception to ask which room we were stopping in he was very snotty and asked “do people not check text messages these days” in a very uneasy manor. Was exactly not what you want to be turning up to on a stay away. Never again.
