"Perfect B&B"

The bright big room, very friendly and attentive hosts and a full English breakfast with high quality produce made an exceptionally comfortable stay. Very clean and well maintained.

The bathroom was small but this is owed to the structure of the building which is a normal house.

"Perfect location for a weekend in Cromer. Quiet road with parking."

I stayed for the second time at this lovely guest house, this time with 2 teenage girls (my grand-daughter and her friend) We had the family rooms at the top of the house, which were perfect for us, interconnecting with a bathroom. We enjoyed our stay a lot, Jane and Neil are great hosts and went out of their way to be there on our midday arrival and on leaving in the middle of the afternoon. Strongly recommended for all of the reasons others have given

"Wonderful hosts, excellent location, and comfortable room."

Jane and Neil were warm and welcoming hosts. From start to finish, they did everything to ensure my stay was comfortable and pleasant, accommodating all of my requests and exceeding my expectations. The room was cosy and quiet. The full English breakfast fuelled me for the day, enabling me to walk for hours and take in vast stretches of the spectacular Norfolk Coastal Path. My stay at Knoll House enhanced my Norfolk experience.

"Exceptional"

All of it. Jane and Neil are fantastic hosts. Rooms are lovely, very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast are delicious, all cooked to order and hot and fresh. Very close to amenities and car park, payable, on the corner if you are unable to park outside the Guesthouse.

Hosts Jane and Neil were very welcoming, everywhere was clean and tidy, nothing was to much trouble for them, very good breakfast, homemade bread was ace, we would definitely recommend a stay here, absolutely first class hosts, we will return
