Everything. As a solo traveller i had a single room at the top with a sea view. They even provided binoculars. Breakfast was great and well presented. The owners were a lovely couple and treated you like family i also met there 2 lovely dogs.great 2 night stay and easy to find its also near to the sea and town.

The hosts Jane and Nigel are friendly and helpful. Great room at the top had a lovely view of Cromer. Good nights kip, due to a comfy bed. Excellent breakfast, l had the regular traditional English and it filled me up completely. Everything clean and tidy. Will be going back again
