Room was very clean, including clean sheets and towels, the area doesn't have any dining options, but at least there are convenience stores nearby, overall a good experience, host gave the instructions and codes on time.

Perfect location for Hospital Good set up with kitchen and utilities. Fridges are split by room numbers so unhave own shelf. Great communication and room was spotless. Shops down the street for food, drink etc .

Location suited our needs. Proximity to hospital

A bit noisy due to demolition of property right next door and 3 skips constantly being filled and replace. Unfortunate timing, not the owners fault.

The lady who runs the place appears to be a fradulent person. She rented out my room even before I got to Southampton by 6pm because she repeatedly told me that I had no confirmation because I booked through a Expedia. Please find a summary of my email to her on 23/01/2025. Dear Madam It is obvious that you intentionally denied me the use of the hotel eventhough I had paid for two nights. Yesterday being the first night which was 22/01/2025, when I got to the guest house at about 6pm ( Find attached a picture of the guest house ) I called your number and whoever responded told me I did not have a booking confirmed and despite all efforts to convince the person that I did even after giving him my names, he still insisted that I did not have a confirmed booking. I eventually left as I was desperate to find a place for my wife and I to rest our heads. I eventually spoke to you late in the night and I expressed my dissatisfaction. You requested me to go to the App and cancel my booking which you had earlier claimed never existed. You followed up with a text message saying you cannot allocate the room if I do not cancel it to which I responded to you by saying I do not know how to cancel it. This morning I sent you an email informing you of my intention to use my room for the night left and which you responded by telling me you were asleep and would revert which you never did. I sent you my wife's ID card as requested only for my wife to get to your guest house this e

Very very clean n very well equipped, goof kitchen, pots n pans n very useful ‘bits’ like cooking oil .. The locks on the doors make me a bit nervous, but are Ok. Strangely no bedside light; one fixed in the wall wood b very useful.

I very specifically asked Booking.com for a B&B With Free On Street Parking, which there certainly isn’t. I wanted to park the car there whilst having some tests at the hospital the day after staying, but had to pay £7.00 to park at the Hos, which was VERY annoying !! (I could hv asked if I could stay on the parking space outside the house, but out of hours before I realised … Lucky it was available for the afternoon of my arrival !! ).
