"Great location"

Great location, friendly staff, clean, quiet room, comfy beds.

Room was dark and stuffy despite having radiator off and window open. Limited surfaces for stuff and space to put bag. Cooked breakfast was ok but limited options for fruit, yogurt and the like.

"Great location, central but slightly expensive for what we got!"

Clean and tidy. Younger staff all very friendly.

Quite a small room with a great view of the fire escape! Breakfast was slightly overdone! Manager appeared slightly standoffish.

I loved everything perfect placement for exploring the town, beautiful rooms with so many pillows and cosy fur blanket, breakfast included and when i accidentally double booked they gave me one back. Shout out north Berwick and the no.12 hotel and god bless Scotland

I wanted a glass of wine to take to my room and read my book. No problem. I left some tablets at checkout, so came back later to pick them up. No problem
