Very close to town, short drive or walk, close to ferry terminals, room was very well equipped, was a storm the first night we stayed and the owners checked in on us.

Excellent one night stay in Oban. The room is very clean and well laid out. Good parking & handy for the ferry terminal. Tea and coffee, afternoon biscuits, orange juice, milk and other drinks in the fridge & cereal were an unexpected bonus and very thoughtful.

The mattress really does need changing.

Mattress was a little thin for us oldies - not seen a spring one for ages Directions - when tired easy to miss the house and go up the hill - if you go beyond pulpit rock you have gone too far. Space is on the left as you go up the hill.

Spotlessly clean. Check in via key safe. Welcome pack on fridge much appreciated.

The shower room is very small, reminiscent of being in a caravan! At over 6 ft , my husband found using it very challenging. The property would benefit greatly if the bed frame and mattress were upgraded. Reviews suggest that guests have been suggesting this for years. The TV reception was intermittent and we were unable to watch it which was disappointing.

Good location, but a wee walk up the hill from car park. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were lots we wee treats on offer, which was an added bonus.

Milk, tea, coffee etc was provided, nice and clean. Free WiFi. Free parking down the hill. Response time to communication was rapid.

We're used to a different kind of mattress not one with springs in.

The room was perfect for our needs. Comfy bed. Everywhere clean and cereal and milk provided.

The only minor thing was that I didn’t find the hairdryer until the next morning! So a sign indicating its location under the bed would be welcome.

Matress on bed could do with replacing
