location was ideal for Town and easily walkable.

I was under the impression it was a Bed and Breakfast establishment but it transpires it's bed only and nothing more.

What an amazing find! Tracey and woof gave us the most perfect home from and we cant wait to come back

Lovely comfy bedroom with beautiful cosy decor. Tracy was so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was really well equipped and perfect for my stay as I was working at the hospital which was just a 5 minute walk away.

Tracy was such a friendly and communicative host, she asked for our train arrival time so she could be in ready to greet us. Her little dig is delightful! The room was beautiful, tea and coffee facilities really nice. Great bathroom. The bed was so comfy. Highly recommended xx Thankyou so much Tracy

Tracy was very welcoming, our room was big, all house was warm enough. we had enough bedding. Good parking space right infront of the house.

Iwasnt aware that there were dogs and wish they were kept away from clients. There was no milk for the complimentary tea & coffee

Room was ok & landlady was nice. She left us to ourselves.

The room was boiling!! We had to ask for a fan as the radiators were on full blast which was unbearable. The shower was tepid & the fridge did not work. The room adjacent to ours was empty & much cooler, we were told that if we moved that we would be charged an extra £40 per night. So we remained in the hot room. Such a shame really as we had come to attend a family funeral. Very disappointed all in all.
