The location was great. We could walk to most places that we visited. It was also a quiet location to stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. We would stay again.

Great value for money and helpful

The location is good for work. The room was very clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a fridge freezer and toaster in the kitchenette. Staff respond quickly on WhatsApp.

The only thing was the noisy guests in the room downstairs. Very inconsiderate of other guests as the noise went on until the early hours. It is not ideal when I have to work the next day. There is limited parking so you may have to park on the road.

Location, nice house, everything ist here and cozy und clean

It's a very convenient and comfortable hotel. My room overlooked the rear garden, which was nice. The WiFi worked well. The parking was included in the price, so there was no extra charge on that front. There is a Coop very conveniently 50 or so metres on Christchurch Road.

The lack of an outside bin to put my rubbish into. I had to take my food waste to Coops bin down the road. One extra thing to do when I'm supposed to be on holiday.

Location fantastic and room plus facilities good.

No garden access for dogs plus only one bedroom and the room directly next to main entrance to building. Therefore Will be asking for one of the rooms opposite to our room 5 for next visit

Well equipped modern apartment with patio doors that opened on to the garden . Location was good for me with walking distance to everything, especially the train and bus stations.

It was rather warm to sleep in. Being from Scotland, I’m not used to warmer temperatures
