Had my property stolen whilst I was out contacted them and they were rude about it implying that if I took it further I would be acting as “difficult”

That place was absolutely shit no staff no clean bed all broken glass and food was all over the place that was nightmare

Disgusting and was really upset by everything about the place Couldn't sleep on bed as stained and smell was terrible I toilet shower between 6 or 7 rooms no tv no tea coffee Very very dirty Fire hazard Unsafe Shame on everyone involved

It was a scam I was terrified on my own in there Was bitten by bugs

Only thing I liked is the fact we were close to city centre and most attractions were within walking distance.

Everything and the fact we were placed at the back of the house which was really small very cold and only had a portable heater as there was no radiator in room also no nets or cuetain

Was not given the number of beds promised, one of us had to sleep on the floor, the shower did not work as well

Everything what a dump this place should not be on booking. Com he told .everything to leave prorterty for complaining over the cleaners partying till 7am in morning he told me he was going to refund me for the last night but never did i would rather sleep outside than stay mould on walls
