Nothing was not good at all

The fact that the window was broken the door was broken no TV and no staff there at all the light in bathroom was having off !!

Everything! Never had what was supposed to be. No TV wardrobe falling apart, bed was uncomfortable and trashed, the bathroom smelled and horrible Just disgusting!

"I didn’t stay because I couldn’t access the property!"

I couldn’t even access the property or the room so I didn’t stay there! I will NOT BE PAYING FOR THIS AND HAVE HAD NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER FROM THE OWNER! Please advise the next course of action.

"A nightmare"

Absolutely shocking and we only spent 1 night in this room before booking in to the Travelodge Cardiff central because we could not spend another night there. Pictures on line make it look good no on suite and £140 for 2 nights was money wasted £10 would have been over priced what a Dump.

I didn't even stay there was dirty as hell

I didn't even stay there I asked for a deposit never got it back super unprofessional asked for a deposit out of the blue
