The owners didn't answer the door(s), so we didn't stay, and tried to say we should have phoned when there wasn't an answer. They didn't provide any arrival information so after parking up we assumed we knocked on the back door, after no response we went to the front door - rang the door bell and knocked. They just sent a basic "what time are you arriving" message a week or so prior and no further correspondence until I made a complaint to Booking.com for being charged the cancellation fee.

Sandy was a fantastic host with her charming hospitality and she cooked the best full English in Wiltshire , her staff were outstanding and very helpful and we'd definitely recommend staying here

The staff and owners were lovely and kind, engaging in chat and offering suggestions of the local area.

Rooms were of a good size and had both a sofa and a table in it, staff were all very friendly Breakfast was lovely although no vegetarian sausages available

Decor was a bit eclectic for our personal taste

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good.

Unlucky timing as my friends booking was cancelled as some rain had damaged some rooms, and they had to stay at a different location.

Very Nice Breakfast, lovely people.
