Carfax House

we loved that we got the whole house to ourselves which felt more homely than a hotel or b n b. The location was perfect for us as we wanted somewhere quiet on the outskirts, but within a quick Uber ride to the city centre. The host was great when contacted and always replied immediately.

Nothing it suited our needs.

The house was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The wifi and netflix access were great touches, especially as we have teenagers. The beds were comfy, and the on street parking a bonus. The kitchen was generally well equipped. The homeowner was friendly and accomodating, even though traffic meant our ETA changed a couple of times. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to visit this area again.

The kitchen could do with a couple more pans and a better chopping board. Also, there were not enough forks.... The kitchen sink plug was also missing which proved a challenge for washing up.

Comfortable warm house, tvs in lounge & both bedrooms. Large bathroom, good shower. Pretty clean and well maintained.

Bed in main bedroom a little lumpy, but nice & big. Neighbours quite noisy until the early hours, just seemed to talk quite loud and some banging noises. Kitchen could do with a few more utensils - tea towel, frying pan, small saucepan & scissors.
