GBThis property was perfect for me as a solo traveller back in Derry for 6 nights visiting family who lived locally. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi was excellent which caused no issues for me as I worked remotely for a few hours each morning. Karen was very proactive and helpful throughout the reservation and check in stage. Excellent value for money

I can’t dismiss the property as it was a very quaint out of the way location with beautiful scenery. But the downfall was the owner who wasn’t a real people’s person as we were to vacate the property at 11 she had a taxi booked for 10.50 and kept phoning to tell is that it had arrived.

Sofa needs updated, black pieces flaking off, and one of the sofas was very wet, possibly from being cleaned before arrival, although it felt like something had been spilled on it. The water pressure from the shower was temperamental, unfortunately decided to shower with nearby family to avoid the problem.

Quick heat loss, when showering water was spilling out of the shower. Bathroom floor was always damp. No hanging rails in toilet/ shower. No highchair, dishwasher as described on the booking page.
