- Quite basic overall - Difficulty getting shower to work but eventually managed to get working after a lot of fustering…by two different people! - had trouble getting the gas job, but only because we were not listening to instructions on check-in! - catering equipment was perfectly adequate though perhaps a little limited
GBThe host was very friendly and welcoming. The cottage was very clean. Kitchen well equipped e.g. kettle, toaster, microwave, hob/grill/oven and fridge. In store cupboard there is an iron and hairdryer. Washing machine and tumble dryer on site. Location is perfect so peaceful and quiet, by car you can be in the city centre within 15 minutes approx. Ideal base for a couple or family.
There is no wardrobe. There is a rack to hang up clothes, but would need to bring hangers with you to hang up clothes. Small cases fit under bed which is great.

GBGBThe cottage is only 10 minutes from the city center. We were only here for one night but had everything you would need for a stay. We had two little ones and they absolved getting to see the donkeys and playing at the park provided. Only 5 minutes away from Wild Ireland which is where we went before going home.

GBElagh Cottages is in a location that you can wake up in morning and have a beautiful view from the terrace. The donkeys, sheep and wildlife make it hard to believe, that the Derry town centre is only 10 mins away.
