Clean and comfortable, excellent facilities, lovely breakfast, great location. Ours was a very last minute reservation as we were visiting my daughter in hospital and the folk were very understanding and accommodating. Would definitely return

"Bight, clean, comfortable and friendly. Perfect!"

Very clean with bright furnishings. Comfortable bed, hot shower, nicely perfumed liquid soap & shower gel provided, good selection of drinks and biscuits. Made to feel welcome. I liked the fact the doors weren't self locking so no worries about getting locked out. Good North Bay location close to park and sea front. A few restaurants and café bars close by, nice chip shop and a small corner shop. Great location for outdoor theatre.

Busy road outside. Room got a little hot, a fan would have helped but not essential.
