All the staff were brilliant - bar staff, check in, waiting staff etc. all very good. The restaurant was nice and we were very well looked after. The bar was very nice (lots of locals) and they were all very pleasant company. The breakfast at the cafe (200m away) was really good Overall value for money was good

Trying to find somewhere to park was the biggest headache as the hotel car park was full - the other car parks that I paid for, closed at 18:00hrs

The cleanliness in the rooms was excellent and everything was there that you needed, just a little tired around the edges but great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Location excellent as a base to explore Derbyshire . Ate in the restaurant both nights , lovely, food well presented and very tasty .
