Location. Also, very clean, well decorated, comfortable premises. A fully fitted kitchen with appliances, crockery etc for guest use was outstanding. Also, a fridge in every guest room was an excellent extra.

Central, great parking, clean, tidy, comfy beds, access to kitchenette and mini fridge

It’s not a dislike - just a heads up that the mini fridge is mini, so don’t take lots of cold food items
