Warm welcome when I arrived. Room was comfortable and had most things I needed. Good shower room. It's a short walk from the centre if Perth and I was given a good dinner recommendation. I have stayed here before and it is my go-to place in Perth.

The room was quite small but I had booked a small double so that was to be expected.
