La Ubicación

Que reservamos dos habitaciones para dos parejas y con tan mala suerte que una de ellas no pudo realizar el viaje al ingresar en el hospital el padre el día antes de ir y al ser causa de fuerza mayor te cobren igualmente la habitación, no fue por gusto. Según el dueño del hostal esto corresponde a Booking y no lo veo justo, ya que es una causa justificable e imprevista, entiendo que pueda haber engaños, pero para ello se piden justificantes del acto y no da lugar a duda o engaño. Si teníamos cancelación hasta el día antes, pero los imprevistos surgen como en éste caso la salud de una persona que ha estado cuatro, cinco días hospitalizada por lo menos.
