Good location, easy to find. Car park not far.

Because of old building, the bed wasn't leveled.

room only, great location short walk to waterfront and shops ferrys etc

very difficult to park for an over night stay in Dartmouth, lots of parking but 4 hours max for £7 would end up very expensive, parked out of town for free and got a taxi in, obviously not the fault of Foss room

Clean, comfortable, great location, excellent communication from the host.

Slight amount of noise at times due to being the the centre if you are looking to avoid noise

Nice room in the centre of town. Would use again.

Location was perfect for our weekend trip to Dartmouth

No great dislikes but noise from other guests of the property a bit discerning

This was a lovely little room, with character, perfect for a night or 2, in a fantastic location. It would have (& should have been) perfect…comfy bed, tea & coffee making facilities, tv with all the options, fabulous location, but….BUT it was not clean!!! The surfaces hadn’t been dusted, the skirting boards had never been cleaned & were thick with grime, carpet was poorly hoovered, ants running all over the place & worse of all the toilet & sink weren’t clean. I let properties myself & this room could be immaculate with just another hour spent cleaning it. When you see the obvious, easily cleaned stuff not done, you have to wonder what’s lurking under the bed & behind cupboards. 🥴 a little extra effort is all the difference between a fabulous stay or a bad review. I only do reviews normally for exceptionally good or bad places, but I just felt compelled in this case as it’s such an easy fix. This may be disregarded & that’s fine, but it’s be a shame.
