"Worth every penny."

From start to finish all was of a high standard, met by one of the owners Dave on arrival, booked in quickly. Facilities all that you need, for a B&B its very good quality and value. Breakfast really good in the morning both for choice , speed, freshness and quality.

The shower although very good was very noisy, room 5. View from winpw of the back yard. No real complaints though, Both owners are great .

Absolutely Fantastic place, Close to all amenities, Next to the Pier virtually, Loads of Shops Bars and Restaurants nearby. Owners Mandy and Dave were by far the best Hosts we have encountered nothing too much trouble (Mandy even did our ironing for us on the day we arrived). The rooms are spotlessly clean. Spacious enough for 2. Breakfast was great. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone staying in Llandudno (sorry August Bank Holiday 2027 all but booked up Provisionally as were coming back hopefully with Family) but if your coming to Llandudno this is the place to Stay
