Mike is a super welcoming host, really willing to help for any need. Breakfast was simply delicious. Room very clean, Bathroom very large and bright. Great staying, close to city center. Definetely we reccommend this location for a stop in York

Amazing guest house. Owner have thought about all the small details that make your stay a pleasure.

-Friendly hosts and staff. -Fantastic breakfast with loads of choice. -The location is spot on as it's in a quiet spot, but only a very short walk to the Minster area of York. -The rooms are spacious and comfy with all the facilities you'd need. -The building was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. -Fantastic value for money.

Lovely place to stay. We have stayed here before, a few times and always love it! Mick & Mandy are fantastic host's. Highly recommend.

Charming property, comfortable room, convenient and very quiet location (nothing but the sound of birds), delightful and friendly staff and a wonderful home made breakfast to order.

I would recommend adding a layer of sheer curtains to the windows so that one can have some daylight and privacy at the same time, especially in the mornings.

Good location, owners were very knowledgeable and helpful, and the room was perfect.
