Breakfast was amazing, hosts were fabulous, shower and room was perfect.

Kettle tasted like Milton cleaning tablets so I wasn’t able to have a cup of tea unfortunately. USB port only on one side of the bed.

"Exceptional"

Rockleigh Place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great variety of options—I made sure to try everything! The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Its central location is ideal for exploring the area, making it the perfect base for a visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. If you're staying in the area, Rockleigh Place is simply perfect.

"Exceptional Breakfast"

Lovely place to stay. Host very welcoming. Breakfast exceptional. Rooms are compact but with lovely decor and very clean. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning wasn't working. Car park very tight.

Location. Ok if driving everywhere. Too far away from anything if you want to walk. Wouldn't stay here again for that reason. Hence the 9/10 score.

The property was centrally located for visiting many of the attractions in Devon and Cornwall. It was super clean, well laid out and the hosts have done an amazing job with the space they have. It has beautiful outdoor areas with gorgeous gardens and relaxing seating areas.

Tough to find any flaws in this property. If I had to, I’d say the parking is a we bit tight and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in but it wasn’t horrible by any means.
