Friendly staff very clean

The bed was not comfortable

No breakfast available as no kitchen working

Shame unable to get food but had takeaway instead. Room was lovely, very large. Our cat enjoyed her stay. We bought her travel crate with us for her to stay in. No staff around when we checked out. We feel there should have been someone around to check if all ok. Would recommend to anyone with a pet to stay here.

There was alot of space. Nice and cozy bar downstairs. The view was beautifull.

I thought I paid online before I got there on booking.com but that was not the case. Had to pay when I got there. Pillow was not comfortable. There was a green light on in my room that was on that I didn't know where to switch it off. Not sure what that was for.

Beautiful historical pub, within a couple of minutes walk of the Hook Norton brewery.

It's a shame they don't offer food/breakfast. We did know this when we booked. The brewery and the Sun Inn pub are both nearby and offer food options.

We were kept awake most of the night by music, playing from somewhere, seemingly on a loop. I wrote an email to the manager to let them know. I didn’t get any reply.

When we arrived staff were friendly . Rooms were of a good standard . Only 2 mugs for coffee / tea . Room warm and spacious . Location perfect for our weekend .

Extremely loud persons singing , shouting and screaming in the bar area till 2AM / Saturday evening .This was below our rooms . I have voiced my disappointment and am waiting for a response from the management Team ..

Very comfortable and large room with very comfortable beds and a nice bed and 2 bowls for my dog.
