Real nice couple of dudes that run the place. Location is top, and parking really helps. Nice "living room" to socialise in.

Rooms a bit on the smaller side. Bathroom small.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location was fantastic. So close to main town over adorable footbridge. Inverness exceeded our expectations. So happy we fit it into our trip.

Breakfast was excellent!

Room had not been hoovered in a long time, pillow had hair on it, bed covers dirty.

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und das Frühstück war herausragend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, tolle Unterkunft!

とても綺麗な・清潔なホテルでした。イタリア人のお父さんがユーモアがあって親しみ深かったです。 朝食にいろいろなメニューがあって良かったです。「パンケーキ」がおいしかったです（と家内が言ってます）。

不満ではありませんが、お部屋がもう少し広かったら有難いな、と思いました。 ホテルの事ではなくクレジットカードの事で申し訳ありませんが、「このカードは使えません」のメッセージがbooking.comから届くので、何度も「カード情報の更新」を強いられましたが、結局解決せず、私のカードは使えませんでした。今回のスコットランド旅行のために、3か所のホテルをクレジット決済の事前予約をしましたが、出国前からこのホテルだけこういう問題が起きました。クレジットカードの発行元のカスタマーサービス（かな？）に問い合わせをしてオペレーターと話をしましたが、解決しませんでした。ホテルに着いてからも「貴方のカードは使えません」と言われました（が、宿泊はちゃんとできました）。

Wxcellent location, very close to the city centre. Hosts were attentive and helpfull.

Room for three was relatively small.

O quarto era bem confortável, banheiro grande e tinha estacionamento disponível. Todos que nós atenderam eram extremamente simpáticos e gentis, nós sentimos muito bem durante a nossa curta estadia, o café da manhã também bem gosto.

Quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de esgoto, parecia problema de encanamento. Mas acredito que os donos já sabia e já estavam providenciando conserto.

I booked the stay for the two night, its was in the center of the city, Very peace area and now much traffic, We reached the guest house around 2 Hrs Ago & room was ready but as per his policy he given the room exactly near by the checkin time. Obvious might this his policy.
